Our application for full ethical approval for this component of the study was awarded January 14th, 2008 (click here to see the certificate). Sampling began on March 28th, 2008, in Surrey, and was completed in November, 2008.

A total of 55 fire fighters were sampled! We surpassed our goal of 50 fire fighters sampled by 5! We are currently performing data cleanup; when cleanup is complete analysis can begin.
